Pros

Great legacy publishing company. Lots of pride in employees

Cons

Weak on culture and still behind the 8 ball in terms of digital, which I don't think they will every get.

Pros

Free books throughout the year, great benefits, okay vacation time - not that anyone could afford a vacation on $9 an hour

Cons

Warehouse workers make barely any money.. No one can live off $8-$9 per hour. It's impossible and unfair.
