Pros

Good benefits, you get to meet some amazing authors and, obviously, free books.

Cons

The money is horrendous no matter how much time or energy you put into your work, it's near impossible to ever move up no matter how much the people around you respect you and think you're doing a great job.

A publishing powerhouse

Pros

A brilliant, commercially savvy, imaginative publishing house who is taking bold steps to secure its future in an ever changing world.

Cons

Its symptomatic of consumer book publishing, but too many books being published and everyone stretched to do the best job they can on more and more books.
