      Callers were nicer than colleagues

      Pros

      Only one manager was actually nice. Training was fun when weren’t required to be on camera. They send gifts to make you think they care.

      Cons

      Training was so boring and trainers weren’t on same page. Tricked to join a different team and forced to basically become a receptionist instead of role hired to perform. Supposedly, can switch roles to “keep us happy” even before 6 months of employment, but was not true and no raises after 1 year.

      Pros

      Casual work environment and excellent group of people to work with. Work from home once a week and competitive compensation + bonus potential. Fun, friendly culture in general.

      Cons

      Keurig machines in break rooms but no coffee provided.
