they offered a competitive salary and offered a sign on bonus without me asking

Cons

they are unstructured, disorganized, inefficient, training director is two faced, and they offer great paid time off amounts that you get in trouble for utilizing. the only health insurance is a high deductible plan

constant upper management changes, with trickle down layoffs and job eliminations. atmosphere has really been diminished with recent changes. concern for the customer has been replaced with concern for how producers make money, need to stop the race to be in the fortune 500!
