      Pros

      Remote Mostly Friendly Decent Benefits CEO seems to care, other execs are hit and miss - some are very adverse to doing things differently or won’t consider perspectives different than their own. Or they say they do, but don’t hold their direct reports accountable.

      Cons

      If you’re not from a financial background, then you’ll have a hard time “fitting in” or being heard. Diversity of thought means nothing, despite the care, respect and belonging rhetoric. They like to hire people for their brilliance, but are not open to doing things differently - so results are always the same. There is zero growth opportunity. Managers are too busy positioning themselves to senior leadership so their teams are left behind. And there is zero lack of accountability for those managers.

      401k match is above average.

      Cons

      Management does not recognize talent. They also all moved to FL to dodge income tax.

      Good benefits such as 401k plan. Able to work from home full time is nice

      Cons

      No change for advancement. Pay rate could be better. Favoritism amoung the managers and co-worker
