Pros

I’m genuinely proud to be part of this organization. Leadership fosters a culture of support, growth, and teamwork that’s felt every day. There’s a strong focus on professional development, and it’s clear that employee success is just as important as business success. The compensation is competitive and fair, and the full-time remote structure allows for true work-life balance without sacrificing connection with teammates or leadership. Communication is transparent, and everyone is encouraged to share ideas and ask questions. If you value a positive work environment, ongoing growth opportunities, and being part of a team that genuinely wants you to succeed, this is a great place to build your career.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. Every company has room to grow, but from my experience, leadership here is proactive, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.

Pros

As a fully remote company, Penn creates a culture where employees feel genuinely valued and integral to the company’s success. It’s exciting to be part of a company established in 1847, and yet its consistent growth attracts new hires, fresh perspectives, and innovative ideas. In my first eight months here, the company has lived up to the vibrant culture and growth opportunities my manager described during the hiring process.

Cons

Initially, I faced challenges with Penn’s health insurance provider, as it didn’t cover the same services for my son with autism as my previous employer’s plan, but we resolved the coverage gaps within a few months.

Pros

The collaboration across departments is unmatched. The willingness for others to help and guide in cross functional goals is top notch. There are real paths to success and clear communication and expectations. Also, having the ambiguity to achieve tasks the way I believe the end state should be set for the future.

Cons

I don't have any. There is no wonder why the average tenure here is so long. Thats hard to find in our IT field.
