      Cons

      Need to increase salary. Need to be promoted after almost 12 years of service. Our Department needs to be acknowledged more for the amount of work we do every day.

      Pros

      Wonderful benefits (depending on position) Education funds for advanced degrees and licensing, funds given to employees when they start a family. Very generous PTO and flexible hours. Fully remote for most positions, field offices are remote or hybrid. Great company culture.

      Cons

      Compensation is much lower than comparable companies but they make up for it by offering a ton of additional benefits. Changes from the top move at a sails pace. Ex: company rebranding that has been “in the works” for years now.
