      Pros

      Penn Mutual has great benefits, it is progressive and flexible for being an older company. Not your typical insurance company to work for. Management takes feedback seriously for empowering their employees for success.

      Cons

      The communication between teams is always a work in progress, but nothing terrible and still better than most companies.
