      Pros

      -Decent, kind employee population. -Very little pressure for growth or continuous improvement. -Ok for someone looking for a quiet, sleepy and sometimes stogy environment.

      Cons

      -Immature, untested and self-absorbed COO. -A CEO who is just biding her time until retirement. -Poor leadership from senior managers on up who are only interested in being "stewards" and have no skill (or interest) in mitigating any level of risk or cultivating real growth. -Mean spirited, petty behaviors from executive leadership. -Environment will never attract A players since the clear majority of leadership are C players.

      Pros

      Nice people. Don't have to work too hard.

      Cons

      There's no growth opportunities. Small town politics rule the roost. Associates do all the work, while Executive Team obsesses over the Snow Day policy. If you somehow figure you're way 'in' to the club, you're golden. If you actually expect your manager to help develop you and create a career path.....you're toast. Just kiss the COO's butt and you'll be fine at this place.

      Smaller, well funded organization. Financially stable.

      Cons

      Political atmosphere, very relationship based organization. Be liked or you are sunk. Lots of misinformation around what is perceived as the truth. Some managers have high amounts of power and they abuse it. Untrained and unprofessional management. Some underhanded staffing practices.
