      Pros

      Fair Pay-pay is decent but not enough to live in the city Recognizable Brand Company activities

      Cons

      Office located in Horsham, which is a very small town with nothing happening VERY little diversity. Very Old Fashion and old workforce Not the brightest individuals Very boring and dreary atmosphere and people.

      Some co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Almost everything- the company is still in the old ages particularly the field staff is still operating as the old “boys” club. Some field office don’t even hire women in either internal and external sales positions yet the company markets as being a great job for women.
