Decent benefits and some good people.

Cons

Soooooooooooo old fashioned and not at all transparent. People have been there for years and everyone is too burnt to do anything about the charlatans running the company. Very shady place. Feels like it's 1990 in there.

Cons

Some concern over acceptance of "status quo" and not enough push to break to the future. Some departments manage talent better then others allowing some to pull down advancing the company.

Enjoyed the people. Enjoyed the work. Nice work- home life balance. Liked the size of the company. Good professional development opportunities. Bonus payouts are good.

Cons

Behind the times technology wise. Facilities needed updating for some time. Morale declining. Recently tend to hire and fire every year.
