      Pros

      The office culture is good as people are friendly and willing to help. The IT department is adapting Agile practices that is really allowing for better service to the business departments. IT Developers work closely with Business users. Flex-work time, vacations, corp bonuses.

      Cons

      Salary can be okay depending on department. Management Communication is lacking as certain departments hear news faster than others and often the news is entirely different. Management trust of employees is low. The Technical Department has no trust in their employees beyond the audit controls. Management often lacks the ability for transparency.
