Good company to work, but going through tough times

Pros

- good company to work at - people are very nice - competitive salary + bonus - good vacation package - relaxed environment with work from home options

Cons

- going through tough times in terms of sales - bad medical benefits (high-deductible) - a lot of routine work, unless you are on major initiative - going through environment and cultural change - could become a bad place to work at, unless changes are done globally

None really. If you enjoy mindless work with little to no thought process this may be the place for you.

Cons

Promotions and opportunities aren't earned with hard work and great performance. Instead, the higher ups randomly pick someone to fast track to the top. If your not that person you really need to love your job because that's where you will stay for a very long time.
