Flexible hours and friendly coworkers

Cons

Poor management and pay. Only has Cerner as EMR which is far worse than EPIC.

Pros

Working at Penn state holy spirit has been wonderful. I feel the hospital makes patient-centered care a priority. They also invest in staff development. Management is very approachable and responsive to feedback. My team has great team work and are very supportive. Pay is competitive and they have plenty of opportunities to assist with advancing your career.

Cons

Healthcare is tough at times but with a good team it makes it easier.
