People are very friendly and location is close to home.

Cons

Upper management does not care about employees. Lack of need to retain their employees. Nurses are viewed as gods. Fairness is not in their vocabulary.

Pros

Offers great health insurance plans and a decent 401k match as far as I am concerned.

Cons

The community of the company is awful quite frankly, and the company itself seems to be more focused on financial profit. They treat their physicians and other employees that were acquired in any of their mergers awfully. In the administrative roles there is absolutely no room for growth, only lateral career shifts. Management is unresponsive.
