Pros

Tuition reimbursement, paid time off

Cons

Negative employees allowed to collude against good leaders. Poor communication across units. Too many Directors and VP's. Senior leadership not engaged and won't confront poor performers. Medical benefits aren't as good as they should be. Very little is covered until you hit your deductible.

Pros

Good Health insurance and friendly staff

Cons

Part of the Union so it takes forever to make a change. Most of the time their staff is not filled so if you are low in seniority you will be forced to do overtime

Pros

GME department were extremely supportive of coordinators.

Cons

Administration tends to be caddy and they seem to prevent productivity because they're caught up in unnecessary drama most of the time.
