Pros

Teams are friendly enough, always overtime available, opportunities to expand your skills

Cons

department drama, management has favorites for sure, preferential treatment for scheduling and assignments, pay increases are far and few between-often not getting raises for cost of living like other departments do.

Pros

Flexible shifts, no license needed to work as a “CNA”, good health insurance plans, very clean building

Cons

Low pay, high patient to staff ratios, entire hospital is constantly understaffed, false promises made, biweekly pay, difficult to navigate tuition reimbursement, hospital was short handed on many basic things patients need.

Pros

The management team for the department has been phenomenal. My coworkers on my shift are kind and helpful.

Cons

Since it's a newer facility, there are some bumps and hiccups, but overall I have loved working here.
