      As an Urgent Care nurse work is a decent pace and workload. Pay is fine as a PRN.

      Cons

      As with any company constant asking employees to do more with less, but not a bad overall working experience.

      Short staffed units will not grant Pto, newer employees have to wait 2-5 years to be able to take Pto without finding coverage
