Pros

Work/Life Balance, Live and believe their core values of being a leadership development company providing life changing services. They also model CAPLICO very well! Your voice is heard. There is opportunity for growth.

Cons

The health insurance premiums is really high for families. So you need to make sure you are having a good base pay to help with those expenses. Vision and dental are great. The 401K Match could be a lot better. So, really the benefits is the only issue I have.

The best thing about Pennant is the culture. It's the reason I work here. Of course, getting paid is important as well, but being able to work with people who allow me to express my ideas and grow in the company are great pros as well. Im fortunate enough to be able to work from home, another plus here at Pennant.

Cons

If there is a downside, one is not coming to mind right now.
