Pros

Culture is king and Pennant delivers. Obviously there are times/situations where Pennant fails, but people are so earnest they want to improve when they slip. It's a fantastic place to be in a healthcare environment where other companies see you as just a number, here you are seen as a person.

Cons

Sometimes communication can lack a little, but feels like it's improving.
