Pros
The whole team at the dealership has been very welcoming and helpful since day one. It feels like a solid team working together. The management are focused on helping me to succeed and I feel their support. There is a lot of hands on training as well as interactive training provided. They are very generous with providing tasty meals for Saturday workers. Great opportunities for advancement in the company. The management is amazing!
Cons
I wished that the pay structure was a little better. Perhaps better percentage on back end gross would be the answer.
