One of the things I truly appreciate about Penske is its strong commitment to promoting from within. Over the course of my 20+ year career, I've been fortunate to experience firsthand how the company invests in its people. From entry-level roles to leadership opportunities, Penske has consistently provided me with the tools, mentorship, and support needed to grow professionally.
