Pros
Although Penske is a huge corporation, it doesn't feel like it; it really does feel like a family. Everyone who works here is truly wonderful and wants you to succeed. The corporate processes help keep things organized and people on track. Management is supportive and understanding. If you are a diligent, hard worker, there is no reason you can't succeed.
Cons
Only get the 5 major holidays as days off. The health benefits aren't particularly impressive (high deductible with an HSA plan). The dental and vision are good, but be prepared to pay out the nose for medical (doctor visits, particularly). However, from what I understand, they still are some of the best health benefits for the car industry.
