Pros
Yes it’s a really good start for base pay and there’s lots of insurance benefits, even college.
Cons
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a workplace. During your probationary period, unless they honestly like you, you won’t have an easy time getting used to things. I’ve been subjected to verbal onslaughts. I’ve been told “I should work at a cosco if this isn’t for me”. I’ve never been so embarrassed to seek help during training. God forbid you take out your phone to send one text message compared to your colleagues that would take whole FaceTime calls. If you’re up for the mental challenge feel free to do so.
