Point blank, I love my job. Penske is very good at recognizing those that do their job well. There is always something to learn and they are eager to help you move forward. I find that my colleagues make an exceptional team. They are always willing to help when you need help and that is part of the Penske way. Penske shows appreciations in ways like catered barbecues and ice cream socials. Just some of the little things that makes us realize that we're a good team. Time off has never been a problem as management has always been very helpful and very understanding when there are needs. Penske's mission statement says it all. It's a great place to work.
