From listening to what issues and concerns you may be facing to the quality of the facilities, PAG is an exceptional company to work for. 401K, Kaiser, solid pay plan, huge discounts and employee incentives on vehicles.
Cons
Feels slightly corporate at times, although this is too be expected. Not enough individual cash perks to salespeople for selling older units or "hat tricks(3 cars in a day) Most dealerships offer these on a weekly basis to keep salepeople pumped up and sell more cars - PAG should as well.
