      Pros

      It's a job. There's not much of a bright side.

      Cons

      They promise to their employees and always fail to deliver. They will tell you that you can grow within this company, that is completely untrue. You are not compensated fairly for the work you do. Overload employees with work and refuse to pay accordingly or hire more help.

      Very conservative in the business model approach. This approach has hindered them in growing the business at times.

      Pros

      Penske has great name recognition, it's nice to say you work for a Fortune 500 company. Top class facilities.

      Cons

      Unfair/incompetent middle management that try to take advantage of their sales people buy promising things they can not deliver on.
