Pros
The company truly cares about their employees on a personal level. They are also fairly upfront and honest about what’s going on from their knowledge with contracts and potential opportunities. Pay scale is comparable for the Huntsville area and I really do enjoy having a end-of-the-year bonus, regardless of contribution level (everyone receives a bonus in general it isn’t is it based on if you were labeled a high-performer. Amounts however do vary based on performance)
Cons
Not many contracts available to choose from If you want to move around for job opportunities. If you’re looking for a company with a lot of staff, in general Penta carries less than 200 people.
