      Pros

      Penta Research is a small company with a great reputation. Being an Employee Owned Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) allows Penta employees to grow with the company. The compensation and benefits are some of the best in the industry. Penta works completely in the defense industry which offers a lot of stability.

      Cons

      No company is perfect but I don't have anything negative to say about Penta. Penta really looks out for its employees.
