The leaders here really appreciate employees who put in strong effort and do their jobs with integrity. They keep an open-door policy, so managers are always available to help, give feedback, or offer support. This friendly and supportive vibe makes everyone feel valued, motivated, and ready to do their best.

Cons

This organization is not suitable for anyone unwilling to work or who avoids their responsibilities.

Excellent Culture, Supportive Leadership, and Great Learning Environment Working with the MS team( Managed Services ) at Pentair has been a highly rewarding experience. If you’re passionate about learning IoT, AI, smart technologies, or hardware, this is the ideal place. Managers constantly encourage learning and ownership, saying: “Keep learning — it helps you grow and strengthens our product.” The culture is amazing — open, respectful, and team-driven. Teammates are helpful, and leadership at all levels (VPs, Directors, HODs) is very supportive of your growth. Innovation, ideas, and learning are always welcomed. If you’re someone who wants to grow in a positive, tech-driven, and collaborative environment — Pentair is the place for you.
