Flexible hours. Lots of room to improve.

Cons

So many conflicting priorities, sporadic efforts to institute 5S (😂), poorly thought out knee jerk safety efforts. Endless meetings. Budget equipment. IT is a nightmare. Too many employees in the building. Not enough employees to do the work. Leadership that is bent on rigid deadlines to the point that input from technical staff is ignored. Plenty more.

Yes, the pay is a bit low by modern industry standards, but the work life balance is excellent and the benefits solid. Satisfying work and good coworkers.

Cons

Like I said, pay is low for the industry. If money is your only priority you'll probably go elsewhere.
