Mostly nice colleagues, a lot of freedom to pursue own ideas, great team work, fair compensation, working in a growing sector (water)

Cons

Silo thinking, too much politics, no recognition of high or low performance, knowing the right people or being in the right network most relevant, NO business strategy, only short term performance orientation, top management without any clue about the business/industry

Toxic Leadership in QA Delivery derailed Once a Great workplace

Pros

Some genuine talented team member still remain. Before his transition everything was good.

Cons

Since QA Delivery Head took role sometime ago, team environment has deteriorated significantly. Favoursim is rampant. Promotion given to close circle sidelining merit and performance. Frequent offensive language , making work environment uncomfortable and disrespectful. Morale at all time low. Long standing employees are leaving or pushed out.
