Pros

Technology wise good space for learning

Cons

Pentair India --- I wouldn't recommend to a friend. If there is a choice between Pentair and anything else, take anything else even if lesser pay. A handful make office bearable else very toxic work culture.

Pros

Unfortunately, I did not experience any notable positives during my time at the company.

Cons

Working under the current QA Delivery Head was one of the most demoralizing professional experiences in my career. The culture is deeply rooted in favoritism, where loyalty to the individual in power outweighs actual skills, work ethic, or results. A tight-knit inner circle receives all the support — better flexibility, visibility, and recognition — while everyone else is left to navigate unrealistic expectations, micromanagement, and constant scrutiny. If you’re not in the preferred group, you’re either invisible or treated as a threat. Performance evaluations are more political than professional. Promotions, training opportunities, and leadership roles are handed out based on personal loyalty, not merit. The environment is stifling, especially for those who want to grow based on skill and contribution. Morale is consistently low, and attrition speaks for itself — people leave not because of the work, but because of who they’re forced to work under.

Pros

General work/operational amenities are fairly good. Pay grade is mediumly fair. Product line is vast. There is focus on work. Company has potential to grow if right steps are taken.

Cons

Company: 1. Vision of company is not set properly, maybe because it's investor's and stakeholder company. It's based on financials rather than a goal to reach or make a change in society. 2. There is no focus on real growth of company. Just acting to grow or please higher management by showing presentations in meetings. There is big difference in working and growing. Either people are working on sustaining work or redundant activities or directionless efforts. Employment: 1. It's too diverse place to place, division to division. Work practices are different, Culture is different, Behaviour is different at different levels and places. 2. It has a very old traditional approach towards employees, not adapted to modern ways of employee retention or work life balance or growth opportunities. 3. Internal politics is too high, favorism is too high. 4. Too much focus on years of experience, rather than talent, unless someone specific is a favorite or means to market diversity. 5. There is limited room to grow within company.
