      Great group of people i work with. Management at the top is not so great.

      Pros

      Like an extended family. Good scope for promotion of your face fits. Good working hours. Lots of overtime available if you want it.

      Cons

      American company wants the Uk businesses to close and be in the US. Huge mistake as a lot of customers wont buy from the States.
