      Pros

      Hard work is always appiciated. Every employee is exposed to Lean managment system. International working standards. No limitation on job rotation, thus enabling people to acquire various skills. Transperncy in management goal. Every single person is goal orrianted.

      Limited to only to water Business. Un healthy work environment in certain work area.

      Pros

      Good experience for an intern. Was allowed to experience product engineering department and get a feel for if I liked it.

      Cons

      Could have been more engineering related. Boss was kind of full of himself but that could be an isolated incident
