Great pay, but soul sucking

Pros

They pay over market average with decent benefits and negotiable vacations days. Lots of learning opportunities. Lots of autonomy. Casual environment. Kind people over all.

Cons

You will work like a dog and it will never be good enough. It won't be said directly to you, but it's the environment and culture. The promises made to customers are often unrealistic so everything is an emergency. Every team is understaffed. Most are exhausted and frustrated on any given day. The people who have been there the longest are jaded and wounded by this environment.
