Nice company to work: Supporting International units. Love it

Pros

Best part of my job is to know all top managers of most of the unit as I work their unit now and then. Meeting international unit's employees, when you travel or at your own unit, I like most. Flexibility is key here. Just focus on completion of your project and deal with everyone with respect, you will be star. Thanks!

Cons

Lack of training in my area, which is NOT a huge negative.

Great culture from senior leaders down through shop floor leads; great deal of opportunity to grow and learn, allowed to fail on a small scale to learn lessons with consistent helpful mentorship; Belief in company Win-Right values

Cons

Some disorganization as certain locations go through incredible growth, and team members don't always catch it in time to prevent the chaos and instead have to react to it
