      Bonus good for management. Great employees that have been there for years. Reasonable ideas and focus; unfortunately has no idea how to implement.

      Pay is very low for all levels. Embarrassing how low the pay is fir production employees. Mistakes are not acceptable..

      Lots of opportunity if you are looking for it. Good benefits. Middle management and below are great to work with. Excellent company to start with.

      Cons

      Revolving door at all levels. Lack of all foundational processes. Complete disconnect between management and the rest of the workforce.
