Pros

Opportunities to grow exist at every level

Cons

Never experienced this level of dysfuntion amongst the teams. Unchecked growth opportunities lead to incompetence in mid/senior management. No one is managing the knowledge or skills requirements. Employee relations are poorly managed and focused on ways to preserve the status quo without considering what's best for the employees.

Pros

25 cent sodas Some events that occur

Cons

Favoritism No english spoken here Micromanaging Strict attendance policy states to clock out no earlier than 3:30 Pm even if you clock in at 6:55 Am Bad management especially QC Being tardy more than twice a month results in a write up 2 10 minute breaks A.C in building 1351 is always out Long lines to punch in and punch out Counterparts dont take their job seriously Only a couple of leads that fulfill their duty Working OT at 5 am and if you clock in at 5:06 it is considered a tardy for helping the company out You have to know somebody higher up in the company or be Burmese to be promoted

Pros

Easy to work with everyone, open space so all departments can mingle on a regular basis, no one works alone, a lot of help within groups, given a lot of responsibilities right off the bat that you may not get at an entry level position, definitely get to work on many different things, work is constant and lots of variety, great for young out of college people, great experience and can work up the ladder quickly

Cons

Depending on the department, you're either respected or not. Extremely based on knowing someone within the company. Upper management is a bit biased and unrealistic expectations, will milk you for all that you're willing to give. Everyone gets along, but underlying hierarchy that no one talks about. Respect for the work you put in is sometimes not acknowledged. If you don't control and put your foot down, easily could work 24/7 and they wouldn't stop you. Sometimes no structure and upper management won't put their foot down. Lots of throwing people under the bus if not careful. You'll plateau at a certain point.
