Pros

Staff are truly passionate about the mission of ending homelessness. Everyone is friendly and treats each other like family.

Cons

Low pay. Overtime is discouraged however comp time is good.

It's full-filling to be able to help chronically homeless people get housed. Great benefits (paid sick, vacation, and holidays/ full insurance)

Cons

Huge case load and many tasks for one person. (But then again, Case Management will always feel that way)
