Pros

Mission of ending homelessness, dynamic, and always adding new programs. Opportunities to grow, trainings, etc. If you have a good supervisor, you will like your time there. Decent compensation and benefits package

Cons

Management and structure is always changing. It is if they are not sure who they want to be yet with a growing agency. More support needed for day to day operations and line staff. Opportunity may only come for you if upper and senior management like you, so be prepared to play the game a bit if you want to get ahead.
