      Family atmosphere Flexible working Little to no micromanagement Lots of focus on employee activity and team building. "Roll sleeves up and get stuck in" attitude

      Budgets stretched sometimes, limited resources for doing more and high work/caseloads at times.

      good place to work on the whole but there are some significant issues that need to be overcome!

      Pros

      The Senior management are for the most part a great group of people. The CEO is clearly invested in the work and it is very motivating.

      Cons

      For a mental health Charity they handled my mental health issues exceptionally badly. They failed to live up to their promises on several fronts and some departments are particularly "cliquish".
