      Much needed services but need management with passion about the job

      Pros

      Most frontline staff have the same passion and are decent people.

      Cons

      Majority of managers are bullies, have big egos and spend a lot of time calling senior management who actually seem quite decent. Rubbish pay unless you are management and no perks People seem to be related to each other which is weird.

      Pros

      Most employees that I worked with seemed very dedicated to their work. They were extremely motivated in helping clients succeed by getting back on their feet.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't always listen to the employees needs, in regards to working with clients.
