Excellent Work on Cutting edge technologies which involve M2M Communication using Android and Java. The Company Encourages and cultivates “high performance –high pay culture” rather than # of yrs linked Compensation.

Cons

Ability to work in stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality is a must.

Pros

I see more process implemented, good Salary, good working environment, flexible office timings, individual recognition, good clientele that every individual wants to work. I can suggest this company for any level of experienced.

Cons

More Outdoor activities have to come up. Cafeteria facilities are not great as expected to be. No family member is added in Health insurance. It will be a great beneficial for the employees if the family members are included in this plan.
