Pros

The CEO is an upstanding guy and the company is based with good morals and a solid foundation. There is plenty of work to be done and I never have to worry about hours and whatnot. Plus the remote commute is very convenient for me.

Cons

There’s some strong competition to the company and it can be a little intimidating.

The communication in the company was impeccable. You always know whats going on, or what was wrong with something. I liked working in an environment like this because problems never got too big to handle.

Cons

You won’t always like what is communicated but you know where you stand.
