Pros

My initial interview was wonderful and very organized and informative. I felt very comfortable with the staff.

Cons

They called me and told me the company I interviewed with had offered me the job so I quit my position with a two weeks notice. They called me two days later and told me the company "took back" their offer. No explanation as to why or if they could even do that. The recruiter then asked me if she could pass my resume on to her corporate office for a recruiting position with them. The corporate office called me and set up a phone interview with me. I called on the scheduled day and time of the interview and no one answered or called me back after I left a message. Very unprofessional!

Pros

Close to my home, staff is nice.

Cons

They did not disclose to me that because I am a temporary employees OVERTIME hours DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT COUNT TOWARD HOURS OF COMPLETION. So I was working tons and tons of OT and because of this still had a month of time left on my assignment. I'll never work with them again. Oh and the pay is trash.

We're sorry to hear that your position did not transition into a permanent opportunity. This happens for many reasons and is always a decision made by the client company, not PeopleShare. The hours mentioned play only a small role (and overtime hours do count towards eligibility), but overall permanent offers that are made by the client are carefully considered after review of overall performance, attendance, and whether or not a permanent opening is available. I feel I was somewhat misled by Peopleshare.

Pros

They did manage to place me somewhere fast, however I was already employed and looking for an advancement opportunity in my career, which they failed to see to fruition.

Cons

I was told many times by my Peopleshare representative that once I was hired on by my company there would be a pay increase from what I was being hired at and there was no such thing. Instead I am making less than the job I left. I suppose it's partially my own fault for taking my Peopleshare rep's word for it, so please don't make the same mistake I did in trusting them. I also recommended their services to a friend who was brought in for 1 interview and has never heard from them again.

Clearly we would not recommend you leave a job to make less money and perhaps there was some type of miscommunication along the way.
