Pros

My team is fantastic. We work very well together and always have one another's back. Our manager is like a protective bear and always goes to bat for us. Our manager will also not mince words if we are not producing up to and beyond company expectations. I feel rewarded by my work from my clients, candidates and co-workers.

Cons

I think we could use more PTO time. The hours we work are long (10-12 a day and very few of us take a lunch at all) so extra days off during the year would help refuel our batteries and make us more productive.

Pros

I haven’t personally used PeopleShare to find a job, but based on my experience working for them, I didn’t find any positive aspects.

Cons

Pretty much everything about working for PeopleShare is a con. If you’re in the hiring process, anticipate the likelihood of being fired before your first work anniversary—many face termination within just two months of working there. The company’s focus on numbers, goals, and financial gains takes precedence over any genuine concern for employees. It’s a horrible company with questionable morals and ineffective leadership. They create a misleading image of the job during interviews, making it seem like a dream opportunity when, in reality, it’s far from it. Additionally, the compensation is insufficient for the workload. Many other companies offer higher salaries, minimal micromanagement, job security beyond a two-month trial, and a healthier work environment. This company epitomizes toxicity—just run fast.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns. At PeopleShare, we do have high expectations for all of our employees to ensure we provide the best service as a staffing partner. While this achievement-driven environment isn't for everyone, those who thrive in this type of environment do find PeopleShare to be a dream opportunity, as you indicated. We do not have any type of "2-month" trial period for new employees. Employee engagement is one of our top priorities. We regularly host engagement surveys with actionable changes made as a direct result of them. Our weekly 1-1 meetings with each employee's respective manager are to ensure they are receiving the support they need to succeed in their role. For every employee, there is a clear career path with opportunities for growth, driven by their individual and team achievement It's unfortunate that the PeopleShare culture wasn't the right fit for you. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
