Pros

The only pro to working here was me realizing my self worth and leaving.

Cons

Management and the owners are a joke and treated their employees terribly. They do not value work life balance, so if you like to work 60+ hours a week and be on call 24/7, by all means, join this company.

Working for a recruiting company is not for everyone, it is a demanding and tough job, but there are very high rewards when helping people find jobs. We are sorry you felt that you were treated terribly but that is not the way PeopleShare treats its employees. We treat all of our employees with respect.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your detailed feedback/advice and have already shared it with management We apologize for the way that you felt while working here - that was and is not our intention for you or any of our employees. Recruiting is not a job for everyone, it is a fulfilling career but a high pace, high intensity position with goals, especially in today's pandemic. We wish you luck in your next career path.

Pros

Good benefits like paying student loan debt

Cons

The department head has been actively refusing to hire more people for my department. We've had two people quit since the pandemic started, and he thinks it's okay to not replace them. Everyone on my team is extremely overwhelmed to the point that half of us actively talk about quitting at any given moment because we can't handle the stress anymore. What type of message does it send to clients that you're a staffing agency that is supposed to find them employees, but you are too cheap to hire more people for your own team? Hire more people or you're going to lose this entire department. This is literally the worst job I've ever had in my life.

Nothing is more important to PeopleShare than the well-being of our internal staff and we are very sorry to hear you are having this experience. We ask that you please let someone know (anyone of authority within the company with whom you feel comfortable speaking to – our HR department is always here to support you) about your concerns. We want you and all employees to have a positive experience here & feel great about your job, your team, and the company, and furthermore we want you to be confident that you work for an organization that supports you, cares about you, and listens to you. You have a voice here and we hope you will go to someone today and talk through your concerns.
