Pros

Awesome team to work with. Offering a unique opportunity where they pay for all costs associated with becoming a Licensed Accident and Health Insurance Agent and place you at an Inbound Call Center to help AARP Members with their insurance needs. The pay is good for the Reno Area $12.50 an hour and it's a temp to hire position where the earning potential is really nice.

Cons

It is a fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking, talking to customers while simultaneously entering data, so that can be challenging if you're not experienced at this.

Poorly run company

Pros

Weekly pay is the only thing I can think of.

Cons

Poorly run company, poor communication, low pay, no benefits, no days off, no health insurance, very unlikely to ever be hired permanently by company you're working for due to high costs the company has to pay to PeopleShare to get you permanently. There is no incentive for the company to hire you permanently whatsoever. Only work here if you need a job for a few weeks to a month or two until you find something better.
