Pays well, generous CEO, good for freshers

Cons

Managers don't know how to mangae. Need to let you work and stop micromanaging. Too many fake people that pretend to be there to help you succeed but throw you under the bus once their mistakes are exposed. Favouritsm & Nepotism are alive and well in this company.

There product is dying and they are blaming on individual employees to save themselves from embarrassment . Management is of few closed ones who don't like others going up the ladder
